Venus in Aries, Jupiter Retrograde & Lunar Eclipse Approaching – Feb 2017
We’re in the flow with all planets moving Direct, which continues thru Feb 6, when Jupiter (abundance, expansion) turns Retrograde. So what does this mean for you?
It’s time to take the growth and learning that you’ve amassed during the past months and integrate or arrange it in ways that are useful for you.
Jupiter Retrograde is a time of philosophical and/or spiritual introspection and reflection. Wisdom is a beautiful result of deep contemplation that informs your engagement with life going forward. This is rich territory indeed if you’re wiling to make use of it!
Mars is in its home sign of Aries, which gives you the impetus to go after what you want. To add to the dynamic energy, Venus moves into Aries today, and you will have very few barriers when pursuing your heart’s desires.
Aries is direct, focused and Self-centered, but doesn’t always stick with what it creates, so don’t be surprised if you lose interest in the object of your desire (whether its a person, place or thing), after you get it. Venus in Aries loves the chase, but can become bored with the reality…
Also, Venus goes Retrograde in early March, so we are now in its shadow. Notice any issues around what you value, how you value yourself, love, relationships, money and creativity that come up this month, as these will be ripe for review going forward.
We continue to operate with a backdrop of Uranus opposing Jupiter (unexpected changes), with both squaring Pluto (deconstruction), which keeps life unpredictable. This can be destabilizing if you allow too much information in.
Hyper-focus creates drama, and it’s important to remember that we’re dissolving old structures that need to crumble in order to rebuild more appropriate, efficient, effective replacements. And right now, we’re in the breakdown phase, which requires faith and a big picture view in order to appreciate what’s happening.
If your focus is on you and your comfort, you will probably find this time upsetting and drama-filled. If you understand your role as a Lightworker here to support the Greater Good, you will find a way to hold current events so that you can be of service and get on board. I wish the latter for you – and for us.
We have a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse next Friday night, Feb 10th. A Lunar Eclipse is abut endings or the culmination of things – and know that you may experience your “Eclipse story” before, during or after the actual date of the Eclipse.
Emotions run high around Eclipses – expect the unexpected as well as fated events, and be willing to be flexible.
Eclipses can either clear obstacles or manifest potential challenges, and things usually happen quickly. If you’re confronted with an unexpected situation or event, take a moment to assess where you are and let the dust settle before making decisions or taking action.
There’s an old saying, “Don’t just do something, sit there!” Use that guidance if anxiety triggers you to act prematurely or to be reactive, which won’t serve your Highest Good.
Please don’t judge events that happen around an Eclipse as “good” or “bad” because you don’t know what the big picture is – and more will be revealed…
Keep surfing the waves with a focus on moving forward and maintaining your balance, no matter what. I have faith in you.
Namaste, Pioneers.
