Full Moon in Sagittarius / Venus in Leo – June 2023
June 2 – We begin the week gently, with a Venus-Neptune trine that softens rough edges and promotes compassion, forgiveness, bliss, fantasy and sweet connections. This is perfect for romance, creative expression or leisure and relaxation. Feelings flow easily with Venus in sensitive Cancer and Neptune in multi-dimensional Pisces, so find a healthy outlet for your emotional expression, either with a partner or via a spiritual practice or creative activity.
June 3 – Full Moon in Sagittarius @ 8:42pm PDT, as things come to light. The Sun in Gemini is an information-gathering vortex, ready to engage and communicate – mentally flexible and nimble, open to new ideas. The willingness and ability to shift is the name of the game…
The optimistic Full Moon in Sagittarius seeks inspiration and meaning, the big picture that aligns with your Higher Truth and ideals. Where are you going and what is your vision? Either you are already in action, ready to pursue a vision or maybe you feel restless with the status quo, knowing that something needs to change. Sagittarius is the Truthteller – be honest with yourself about where you are and what you want.
Jupiter in Taurus rules the Full Moon in Sagittarius – and Taurus wants you to create a life that offers sustainable security, aligned with your true values. Jupiter/Sagittarius represent possibilities and abundance – and with Jupiter conjunct the North Node (Destiny), the focus is on your Greater Good, so use this as the lens through which you consider your options. Don’t settle for less than your best.
Mars in Leo is in harmony with the Full Moon, giving you the courage to take bold actions that align with your vision and focus, which moves you into action. Saturn (structure) squares the Full Moon, keeping it real by highlighting obstacles or dysfunction that needs to be addressed in order for you to move forward.
The Moon in Sagittarius is on the Great Attractor (14º Sagittarius), a portal to higher frequencies that feed psychic development and intuitive knowing. Open to messages you receive (verbal and nonverbal), whether they make sense to your rational mind or not – and stay tuned to see how life unfolds. We are in uncharted territory where anything is possible and old reference points no longer necessarily apply.
June 4 – Mercury conjunct Uranus. The combo of the mind and Higher Mind is fertile, creative and you never know what will come through re: the potential brilliance, innovation or unexpected outcomes that can arise, generating info and ideas that open doors, create new pathways or paradigms that birth new industries.
Trust ideas that come through you, pay attention to conversations and info you receive, knowing there are new worlds that lie beyond old familiar scenarios. You have genius within you if you’re willing to open to it and believe in yourself. Do something a new way or just do something different today to practice creating new neural pathways – or to solve a problem if you feel stuck. Every time you make a different move or choice, you are stretching your mind, which can only serve your growth and expansion.
June 5 – Venus in Leo – for 5 months! Venus (what you value, relationships, $$, creativity) in Leo is visible, the CEO, expressive, creative, wants the best – and expects to have it. Venus in Leo is about love, joy, parties and celebrations – fun, fun, fun!
This Venus is The Queen, the leader, recognition, on stage and born to be there – so if you need an upgrade when it comes to asking for what you want or putting yourself first, this is the energy to tap into. I’ll have much more on this in the weeks ahead. Venus will turn Retrograde from July 22 – Sept 3, so we’ll be doing a Quality of Life review!
As soon as Venus enters Leo, it opposes Pluto, which can create power struggles, relationship drama, $$ issues or a challenge to something you value. Pluto rules what’s hidden and you never know what may be revealed. Can also be issues around death and family $$ (happens all the time). The best case scenario is that you have a breakthrough (great for healing work) or find a solution to a financial or relationship issue. If you’re faced with an issue, go to a higher level to find a solution (take the sail out of their wind), rather than engaging in conflict – and get help if you need it.
All this takes place between Friday and Monday, and the rest of the week will be the after-effects as they unfold. Take actions that align with your Highest Good, clean up anything needing attention or that needs to be released, and trust that you’re being led in the right direction for YOU!
What inspires you? That’s your focus… I suggest less efforting and more allowing things to come to you or through you, whether ideas, opportunities or people who act as catalysts to help you move forward. All these are possible when your channel is open and you can receive what the universe if offering.
