Current Astro Events – Aug 5, ’16
Mercury is in a T-square with Neptune and Saturn, making info and communication potentially confusing, unclear and often hard to access. What is real and what is illusion? Misinformation. Gossip. Delusion. Be discerning about what you hear and what you say. Your conscience will thank you for taking the high road and staying in integrity.
We have lots of planets in mutable signs now, which is all about change. It feels like we are being squeezed out of our comfort zone, one way or another. Uranus (change) turned Retrograde last week and Saturn (structure, security) is standing still to turn Direct next week, so a feeling of push-pull may be present, internally and/or externally.
I believe we are being asked to take the next step (leap?) forward, each in our own life. Not a baby step – a major step that requires the structures in your life to change in order to do it. Big. The step – and you. Are you courageous enough to make that move? Look for inspiration to help you stretch beyond your comfort zone if you want to go forward. Doing this will change you – and the structures in your life.
Thankfully, the Sun is in lively Leo, giving you the impetus to focus on what you can express or create. Leo represents leadership, which is sorely needed right now, with integrity.
Leadership isn’t just the national stage, think about how/where you can lead within your own life and orbit. When you step forward to model your gifts and empower others, you are changing the world for the better. Say “yes” to the call!
The next few weeks are ripe for creating and taking actions to begin new projects because later in the month, we have a Mars-Saturn aspect which can slow things down, a Lunar Eclipse that can shake things up, and Mercury Retrograde begins Aug 30, taking us back over the territory we are traversing now all through the month of Sept.
So use this time well. Decide what you want you want your life to look like, feel into where you think you’re meant to go next – and if you don’t know, explore. Try things, investigate – expand your horizons and see what shows up. Open the window and left life in :))
