In Pisces, it’s the ideal time to meditate, be in nature, listen to beautiful music, be creative or go within to connect with Spirit. Stay tuned to see what will be revealed in your world!

The 72 hours prior to the Full Moon is when emotions run high and reactions can be overblown. Think of blowing up a balloon as a metaphor for the ascent of a Full Moon… the pressure continues to build until the Moon is full, then it “pops” and the energy is released.

Easy does it, go slowly and practice patience and compassion (for others and yourself!) so that you move in grace and flow. Along with the impending Full Moon, the current Mercury Retrograde also sets up the potential for snafus, so create more space between activities to increase mindfulness and to reduce the incidence of overwhelm and stress.

For those still in “the hallway,” Mercury Retrograde is a wonderful time to review where you’ve been, what has worked, what is complete and what you have accomplished – even it it’s discovering what you don’t want!

We are still reverberating from the intensity of the final Pluto/Saturn square on Aug 21st as it slowly separates, allowing for a reprieve from the relentless pressure we’ve experienced over the past month. This is part of the energetic that may have had you feeling as if your back was to the wall, ultimately dismantling weak structures in your life that needed clearing in order for you to evolve.

Jupiter (expansion) and Saturn (structure/contraction) are still in opposition which can feel like you’re being pushed and pulled in two directions at once! Remember, if you’re in one experience or the other, you’re in duality. To operate in the highest expression of the opposition, find the middle ground that allows you to grow in methodical and structured ways. No leaping before you look — and don’t get stuck in tradition (“the way we’ve always done it”).  Feel into when it’s time to move forward and when it’s time to step back to create space.

Pisces rules the collective unconscious, and according to sound healer and channel, Tom Kenyon, humanity is at a choice point regarding what it will experience as a collective reality.

The reality that will prevail is being anchored through the choices we are now making, both as individuals and as a collective.

Choose consciously with love, compassion and care – for yourself and for all beings who share our planet!

Since we’re already in the slowdown, allow extra time for tasks, practice patience when dealing with others and with equipment/systems.

If you encounter a snag take a breath and go within. I suggest you make that an official Mercury Retrograde practice!

Jupiter (expansion) opposes cautious Saturn (security/structure) today, which can manifest in a variety of ways. You may feel pulled in two directions internally – one part of you wanting to expand and the other part in contraction, focused on staying safe. If you have anxiety about your current status, Jupiter can magnify your fear, so it’s important to be in your power by staying conscious. Remember, worry is rehearsing what can go wrong!

You may experience one polarity or the other – Jupiter wanting to expand and meeting Saturn (the authority that says “No!” or commitments/obligations that block your way), or you may be Saturn wanting to follow the rules, meeting Jupiter who wants you to jump into some grand scheme with no structure. Whomever you attract into your orbit, they are mirroring a part of you that you need to recognize, so pay attention!

The most empowering expression of the Jupiter-Saturn opposition is to expand in methodical ways, so take growthful actions that are well planned.

Pluto (transformation) is squaring Saturn and Jupiter, so wherever you are out of alignment, structures may crumble and shadowy behavior may escalate to highlight what’s not working. Or you may just feel like you’re in a pressure cooker with nowhere to go. If this is the case, the prescription is impeccable self-care and to let go of whatever you can. Feel into when it’s time to step up and when it’s time to step back and create space.

Here’s some relief amidst the intensity - Uranus has retrograded from Aries (the warrior) back into sensitive, imaginative Pisces so that energy will feel a little softer and it is now out of range of opposing Saturn. I know, there’s so many things to keep track of it can be mind-boggling!

That’s why the Mercury Rx slowdown may be just the blessing you need to wind down a little, so use this time to review what’s not working, and to recoup your energy.

If you feel disconnected or unsure of your direction, you have likely stepped into a new level of beingness and are not yet familiar with the culture or language of this new place. Go gently and nurture yourself well as you acclimate to this new world – and please be patient. Give yourself space. As Woody Allen said, “Time is nature’s way of keeping everything from happening all at once.”

The New Moon is the the time for new beginnings and since it occurs tonight in the U.S., we’ll be in the energy all day on Tuesday, August 10th. Take this opportunity to begin, launch or do something new, as the Universe will nurture the seeds you plant at this time.

Leo is the ultimate sign of creation and creative expression - and you want to act now because Mercury will be going Retrograde at the end of next week and you don’t want to begin anything new then if you haven’t already taken some action. (Get your free Mercury Retrograde report).

On this New Moon, Venus (relationships, money, values) is opposing Jupiter (expansion) and they are both squared by Pluto (transformation). This brings up issues of self-esteem, what you value and how you value yourself. With Venus opposite Jupiter, how much do you need to feel good? Venus is your desire nature, what makes life worth living and Jupiter is ‘more,” which can either manifest as generosity or the black hole of endless wanting. Your choice…

Pluto rules the unconscious (what’s hidden), so watch for shadowy issues that appear in you and others. With Pluto squaring Venus you may experience issues around power and love, power and money and major control/trust issues in relationships. These are deep issues that need healing in order for you to operate from your Higher Self. It’s about feeling safe in the world, trusting yourself, and transmitting that energy outward so that you can then magnetize that energy back to you.

The Venus/Mars connection gives you the opportunity to consciously rebalance your masculine and feminine energy. Sacred masculine energy functions with focus, integrity and drive, is confident, effective and inspired rather than dominant. Divine feminine energy is grounded safely in her power with clear intention and focus, heart chakra open as she magnetizes resources and knows how to receive, undefended.

Which part of you needs support or is overly active? With Saturn and Jupiter in opposition, economic issues will likely be front and center, but you don’t have to buy into the “bad economy” paradigm and allow that to create your reality. By the way, there are plenty of people making lots of money right now in this “bad” economy, so don’t be fooled by the limiting beliefs proposed by conventional wisdom. Think outside the box and take your power back!

Creativity grounded in sound structure trumps conventional wisdom (which is always fear-based).

Friday, Aug 13th – March ’11 – Uranus retrogrades from Aries (the warrior) back into Pisces (Divine Love /imagination) for one last go-round. This is a fabulous opportunity to manifest brilliant ideas and to download intuitive visions by going within or via your dreams.

Venus will be going Retrograde in Oct for six weeks, so you’ll have plenty of time to review your issues around relationships, money, values and how you value yourself!

Wherever you’re in hiding (playing small) or denial, you may feel mighty uncomfortable – this is the ultimate reality check!

If you’re willing to face your fear and take a leap, you can use this energy to create a breakthrough that takes you to a new level, allowing for a more authentic expression of self and a greater contribution to the world.

If you’re still in the “hallway” (no longer in one room, but the next hasn’t yet been revealed), practice extreme self-care and stay open for messages as to how/where to proceed based on what feels right for you.

Shaky structures that aren’t working will be obvious and need to be adjusted ASAP. If you avoid making corrections you may feel like Charles Atlas with the weight of the world on your shoulders trying to hold everything together! Delegate or release whatever you can to create more space for yourself.

Here’s the setup: Jupiter (expansion) and Uranus (innovation) are together in Aries, sign of action/will and this dynamic duo is on fire – they want to jump into the new and create change NOW!

Opposing them are cautious and methodical Saturn who wants to plan everything to avoid mistakes, and it’s being pushed by the maverick, Mars, who can’t act freely in the energy of Saturn (but that doesn’t keep Mars from trying!). This creates enormous tension, which can manifest internally or externally.

If you feel edgy or frustrated, get a massage, go within, meditate, be in nature or listen to music you love – utilize some spiritual practice to bring you back to center.

Pluto (transformation, upheaval, the unconscious) squaring Jupiter and Uranus can instigate impulsive, power-driven, acting out on a grand scale. Pluto squaring Mars/Saturn can be volcanic eruptions and heavy energies that have been repressed underground (whether in the unconscious or in the earth). This may show up in world events as well as your personal life, so  take care of yourself by choosing non-reactivity and whatever happens, don’t engage in power struggles!

I suggest that you tweak the structures in your life – your business, your schedule, and your boundaries. This is also a great week for doing inner work to discover “buried treasure” within you or to integrate unconscious energies. Find creative ways to make course corrections wherever necessary. The call is to focus on structural work in order to create a more supportive foundation for your evolving life.

As the week progresses Venus closes in on Saturn, bringing up issues of self-esteem, relationships and money – which are all related. Focus on how you value yourself (or not). Do you honor yourself in relationships with others, do you charge appropriately for your services and do you treat yourself as the Divine being that you are? Or do you criticize and judge yourself, believing that others are better or more deserving than you are? If so, there’s work to be done to integrate unsupportive beliefs and to create those which you prefer!

If you experience overwhelm or stress, impeccable self-care and compassion for yourself and others can shift the energy. Are you taking good care of yourself or just pushing through each challenge, wearing yourself down? If you’re feeling depleted you need care, and as your own “personal manager,” it’s your job to make that happen! Invest in your personal well being, whatever that means for you.

This piece around self response-ability bears repeating: All your relationships are mirroring YOU back to YOU. It’s stressful when you project disowned aspects of yourself onto others because you will always feel separate and often victimized. It’s not about “them,” because you have magnetized “them” into your life to show you something about you!

Mercury Retrograde Alert – whatever you’re creating now you’ll be going back over when Mercury goes retrograde in a few weeks, so don’t worry about having to get everything right the first time. However, if you’re going to begin something new or make that major purchase, now is the time to do it!

We’re in the midst of a major spiritual initiation that will be ongoing throughout the summer – and it’s a glimpse of what will unfold in 2011.

Your job is to trust the process and allow your perception to shift so that you can embody your new reality in the most empowering way possible for you.

For the next few weeks we have a challenging planetary setup that can easily provoke reaction, internally and externally. In order to navigate this terrain effectively, the call is to step into your highest self and be as conscious as possible. A daily spiritual practice is vital now to remind you of what is real and what is illusion.

When your reference points have shifted it can be confusing and challenging to maintain your balance as familiar operating systems no longer apply. You may feel disoriented regarding your own identity. Who am I now? Where do I belong? What do I really want?

If you find yourself “in the hallway” (no longer in one room and the next has yet to be revealed), surrender to being “in the question” rather than needing to have an answer right now. Appreciate being “in process” and feel into what you want to create or what you love.

You can keep your vibration high if you adjust your expectations  accordingly, look forward in faith and treat yourself with extreme TLC.

For the next two years, Saturn is in Libra, which will transform the way we experience relationships and what they mean to us. Libra is about balance, so wherever you are “off” in relationships, you will continue to have experiences that bring the energy up to be seen. Then you get to decide what to do about it. I suggest getting help and healing for whatever is out of alignment.

Fri, July 23rd – Jupiter Retrograde
Jupiter goes retrograde until mid-Nov ’10, giving you the opportunity to feel into your beliefs and notice what has shifted. Jupiter rules higher truth and again, you decide – what is true for you now? You have evolved, circumstances have changed and this is a time of going within to find your north star, or spiritual GPS.

Sat, July 24th – Jupiter square Pluto
Watch the energy amp up as we approach the Full Moon tomorrow night – and with the Saturn-Uranus opposition the following day, the emotional energy is already high, high, high! Jupiter magnifies everything and because it’s squaring Pluto (power, control, transformation), this is a potentially combustible, volcanic energy. Easy does it for the next few days. Move slowly and think things through before you act.

Sun, July 25th – Full Moon in Aquarius
The Aquarius Moon opposite the Leo Sun is the greater good vs. your personal interests. How can you find balance in this equation? Where can you honor and express yourself fully while still serving the greater good? That’s a worthy intention and and a high expression of Self to manifest.

Mon, July 26th – Saturn-Uranus Opposition
Here it is – the final showdown between these two for many years to come. Saturn is traditional and security-oriented vs. Uranus, the “new,” innovative, radical energy and their face-off creates tension if you’re on one side or the other. Furthermore, whichever polarity you hold, you will attract the other!

Pluto is squaring both Saturn and Uranus in this configuration, so lay low and do not engage in power struggles of any kind. Pluto rules everything that’s hidden, so you (or others) may act out repressed energies in ways that you would never have anticipated. If you encounter the dark side of yourself or another, pay attention to the unmet need that’s crying out for attention and be compassionate.

Are you sensing an overall theme here? Balance and compromise, non-reactivity and compassion will  diffuse potentially volatile or upsetting interactions. If you’re pointing the finger at anyone for any reason, you’re missing the point. What is the message for you?

Another thing – during challenging times impeccable self-care is required. It’s non-negotiable. If you are not getting your needs met then you are in sacrifice or deprivation which can only create more pain. Ask for help. Reach out. There is tremendous support and inspiration available these days, regardless of your circumstances.

After returning from an inspiring Avatar International Course in Orlando with four magnificent students (who each experienced extraordinary transformation), I’m off to CEO Space in Las Vegas and then to Kendall Summerhawk’s Money, Marketing and Soul Platinum Intensive in Tucson, AZ for the week.

This is an expansive month for me, reconnecting with people I love who help me grow. I also expect to make new (karmic) connections with people I’m supposed to know. However, I don’t know what to expect because I’m showing up in a different way as I have evolved, so there’s an element of mystery (I love that!).

What can you do to utilize this energy of change for yourself? Do something different!

I wish you ease and grace on your journey as you step further into your magnificence!

Between the Lunar & Solar eclipses, Uranus stands still on July 5th to turn retrograde until Dec ’10. The planet of radical change and part of the Grand Cross monster energy will be dominant, so stay tuned for something unexpected and see what happens in your world.

As if you need more action in this already overly active time, whether uptempo or slow-motion, change is in the air! Uranus stations at 0 Aries and stays there until mid-August. This retrograde offers you the opportunity to integrate and acclimate to energies that have arrived in your life since late May ’10.

Uranus in Aries asks that you be courageous in stepping into your new reality, whatever that means for you. Rehearsal is over and there’s no going back to the way it was, whatever “it” is for you!

I urge you to stay open and not judge events/information as “good” or “bad” during this time. If you stay conscious and heart-centered during times of uncertainty you can create space for grace, which is a higher expression of Uranus – an unexpected gift!

Staying heart-centered will keep you in a high vibration (the “high road”) which brings more love and beauty into your life and the world.

A week after Uranus turns retrograde we have the Solar Eclipse on Sunday, June 11th in Cancer. Issues of home,  family, security, emotional needs and care will be front and center, so pay attention and take good care of yourself.

The world is your mirror and whatever you are creating is a reflection of some part of you – consciously or unconsciously.

Here is my guidance for the coming days:

1. Connect with your Higher Self  and feel into energies that come your way before you reject something new or unexpected.

2. Don’t try to figure things out in your head – allow your heart to be your filter and know that you have the power to decide what feels in alignment with your Authentic Self.

3. Give yourself the space to allow this process to unfold in its own time without making hasty decisions to quell anxiety.

4. Be with what’s happening – witness the shifts and don’t try to direct the flow of events based on your old thinking.

If the intensity has been at level 10 for you recently, it may go up a notch to 11.

The Eclipses are here and they can generate dramatic events and changes that you never saw coming, but you don’t have to let them rock your world. Stand in your power, be courageous and rock your own world!

We’re in the midst of a Grand Cardinal Cross, which requires that you operate from your highest vision when you’re confronted with challenges or stressful situations and keep the focus on what you want to create. Using that as a focal point can be a steadying influence during times of uncertainty.

The Lunar Eclipse on Sat, June 26th at 7:30am ET is part of the Grand Cross and is in the sign of Capricorn, which rules your authority, your professional life, commitments, responsibility and structures.

Lunar Eclipses are about endings and I encourage you to be proactive and work WITH the energy rather than letting the energy work on you while you remain passive. Release your attachment to non-working patterns, clear, delegate and move on wherever called for. If it feels too scary to make a move, reach out and ask for help – there’s so much available.

It’s time to get real, be disciplined and take responsibility for what’s not working in your life. That old story you tell about why you are like this, can’t do that, what “they” did  to you, has got to go. Your attachment to that story has you imprisoned and it’s time for a hostage release! Step into your authority and trust your Self.

The Solar Eclipse on Sun, July 11th at 3:40pm ET is a New Moon in Cancer that rules home, family, security and your emotional needs. Your emotional needs are primal and non-negotiable. If your needs are not being met you are probably not a happy camper! The Solar Eclipse is about new beginnings, so this is the time to examine your emotional needs, domestic and personal life and make any needed corrections.

Cancer brings up quality of life issues and whatever is out of alignment will be up for review and restructuring. Pluto on the Moon opposing the Sun can bring ego issues and power struggles.

Uranus/Jupiter in Aries opposing Saturn can bring up repressed energies and some people will act out like you can’t believe! You’ll wonder, “What was that?!!” Still others will come from their Higher Selves and will surprise you by taking the high road when you least expect it. Remember, you always have a choice in how you respond to any experience.

It’s so easy to be triggered around issues of security, especially when the unexpected occur. If you knew that you had the power to create at will, wouldn’t that give you a sense of security? Instead of projecting outward and trying to control your environment or fearing what may happen, focus on your creations! Please know that chaos or disruption isn’t mandatory during an Eclipse, but if you have that experience, practice impeccable self-care.

You may take a sideways step into a new reality where you feel different and all your familiar reference points have been shifted. You may not recognize yourself or where you are, but don’t be frightened and go into reaction – you’ve just arrived in a new country where you don’t speak the language yet (cool…)! Allow yourself the space to integrate any new energies that arrive in or around you.

Faith that all is in Divine order and the intention to do whatever it takes to be who you came here to be will carry you during times of change. You are a Lightworker who came to help evolve humanity at this time and regardless of what your shadow may tell you at times, you are the essence of pure goodness.

Recommit to your path and your Higher Self’s journey – the company is excellent!

And the beat goes on… but the rhythm is changing.

The Summer Solstice is June 21st, when the Sun moves into the sensitive, emotional  sign of Cancer which will be part of a Grand Cross. The Sun squares the high-octane duo of Jupiter/Uranus, it also squares the great teacher, Saturn, and opposes powerful Pluto.

Cancer brings up issues of security, your emotional needs and quality of life issues, and with this Grand Cross whatever is out of alignment will be up for review and restructuring.

Do you have a vision for the life that you want to create or do you accept the life you’re living because you believe in your current limitations? I can’t tell you how major this question is because you will get what you believe is possible!

It is imperative that you have a vision of what you want to create and that may be changing, too, so when did you last update your vision?  Just asking you to check in with yourself – yesterday’s vision may no longer apply!

This is a time of exponential growth in which you’re being asked to BE and DO things in radically different ways than you ever have before, which will manifest new outcomes. Methods of operation and strengths that you’ve relied on in the past may even become obstacles for you now because they represent the old way, which can only create more of the same and the world is rapidly changing!

Recognize that you are a pioneer in a new frontier, in which innovation and courage are called for and will be met with grace. Long ago you agreed to participate in this grand creation and to contribute your gifts to the collective. This is it – the time to step into a higher expression of your Self, come out of hiding and be willing to be BIG!

During this time watch for over-reactions, impulsiveness, feelings of restlessness and frustration as well as issues around ego and power which can arise when old, unconscious patterns appear that need clearing or integration. Stay conscious and remember, if you are triggered you can choose NOT to react. Go within and discover which part of yourself needs attention and get help from a trusted adviser if you need it.

Discomfort or frustration is a message that something is out of balance and the antidote is to get that need met. When you find yourself triggered, stop and ask yourself, “What do I need right now?”  If you can discern what you need in that moment – and then can get that need met – that is the antidote for anger/distress. Also, the world is your mirror so if you have a painful experience, look for what aspect of yourself is being shown to you and know that course corrections can happen quickly and easily with the appropriate tools (what great news!).

On Saturday, June 26th at 7:30am ET we have a Lunar Eclipse in Capricorn, which is about endings and we are already in the energy. I will write more about it later this week, but know that emotions may run high and unexpected events can occur this week related to the Eclipse, so easy does it. Don’t push, don’t rush. If something wants to leave your life, let it go!

The Lunar Eclipse is the Universe helping you to release that which is complete, outdated or just not working for you! Trying to hold on to what needs to go creates tremendous anxiety and stress. Go with the flow, ride the waves, tune in to your inner voice and feelings for guidance. Your Higher Self (the loving guide within) is your true GPS that will never steer you wrong!

Think about it (a Gemini activity!) and take an action that will move forward.

Do you need to do some networking for your business, join a meet-up group to help expand your horizons (business or social), or are you ready for Internet dating? Are there songs on iTunes you want to download, is it time to take that creative writing class, or are you ready to join Toastmasters to practice speaking in public? Or is it time for you to put yourself out there professionally to begin your speaking career?! All these are Gemini activities – networking, multi-tasking, blogging, or participating in social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter – whatever speaks to you).

This is the Internet era and you tech-phobic people need to get with the program! Take baby steps and let people help you learn how to maneuver so that you are able to participate in the action – this is how business is done and how we communicate now, so it’s time to get in the game.

New Moon Intentions

New Moon Intentions are a concrete way of calling what you want into your life. Some of your desires will take time to manifest, others will come quickly. Your intentions are written statements of what you want to manifest for the coming Moon cycle.

You have the power to manifest your desires and you get what you focus on, so choose your thoughts wisely!

Creating Intentions

• Create your list within eight hours of the New Moon if possible

• Review your list and check off anything received

• Delete/replace items that are no longer relevant and file the old list

• Create your new list and place it on your altar or in a private place

• Review your list each morning/evening to keep your intentions conscious

How To Create New Moon Intentions

• List two to ten intentions, so you don’t dilute the energy

• Start each intention with the words “I create”

• Only write what you intend to create (you can’t create for someone else)

New Moon Abundance Check

• On the day of the New Moon write a check to yourself

• Write your name in the section labeled “Pay to the order of”

• Write “Paid in Full” in both the amount sections

• Sign the check with the words “Spiritual Law”

Place the check on your altar or put it in a special place and prepare to receive!

With Uranus and Jupiter together in Aries everything speeds up and you manifest much faster than usual (whether the results feel joyful or painful), as in “instant cause and effect.” Because the world is your mirror,  in the current climate you will find out what’s working and what’s not working very quickly!

Uranus and Jupiter at zero degrees of Aries means that you have reached a breaking point with something in your life – some old way of being or operating, some attachment – something has come or is coming to an end. It may be revealed through a dramatic, unexpected event or a surprising break, but one thing is for certain — when the ending comes there’s no going back to the way things were!

Aspects of yourself that have been repressed will come to the surface and will be in your face. Know that you are being asked to face the truth of yourself. Perhaps you need to recognize talents that you have been denying or  acknowledge dysfunctional patterns for which you haven’t taken responsibility for, but this is your wake up call!

Because Chiron is in Pisces, there are still corrections to be made and healing that needs to happen in order to create alignment with your Higher Self. Treat yourself with kindness and compassion as you take responsibility and step forward, once again, to move into your power.

There is truth to be discovered/revealed in the Uranus/Jupiter combo and you must own it. Remember – you can’t be in your power if you’re not in your truth!

We have a New Moon in Gemini on Sat, June 12th at 7:15am ET and this is the time to take actions to magnetize that which you want into your life. Because Saturn is squaring this New Moon, you may have communication issues, you may receive or have to deliver difficult information, or encounter obstacles.

In challenging circumstances I urge you to slow down, ground, and go within to seek the greater truth behind the current events. Do not take actions when you are off-center because that only creates more problems. Ground and center, clear and balance before you make a move. Remember that All is in Divine Order when you feel discouraged and know that there is something wonderful waiting for you, even if you don’t know what it is yet.

Remember to do your New Moon Intentions!

Make a list of what you intend to create. If your vision is clear and you are in alignment, your actions will be guided and your intentions will manifest. If you have unconscious blocks or disagreements, your intentions likely will not manifest.
